1. Ondo Finance launched a tokenized fund that allows stablecoin holders to invest in bonds and US Treasuries link

Investors will receive tokenized fund interests, which are transferable on-chain, including through approved smart contracts. Ondo wants to create a compliant on-chain financial ecosystem supporting both permissioned and permissionless assets.

2. Cloud computing platform Amazon Web Services (AWS) to partner with Ava Labs link

Ava Labs and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have joined forces to accelerate enterprise, institutional, and government adoption of blockchain. Ava Labs plans to add Subnet deployment as a managed service to the AWS Marketplace. The AWS-Avalanche cooperation makes it easier for more people to launch and manage nodes on Avalanche.

Vitalik said wallet security and privacy are the two main non-scaling related issues. The most important thing right now is to not take any irreversible steps. At the protocol level either it remains censorship resistant or it does not make sense at all.

Once users receive an email confirming they have been onboarded, they will receive instructions on how to interact with the zkEVM testnet. Participants will be able to bridge assets between the Goerli test network and zkEVM to test their dapps.

BitDAO announced the launch of “Wadsley”, a public test network for Mantle, claiming to be the first modular Ethereum L2 network, and Mantle is using data availability solutions such as EigenLayer to further optimize network performance.

c. OP Labs has completed the upgrade of Optimism’s Goerli Testnet to Bedrock link

7. Polygon eyes hard fork in January to address reorgs and gas fee spikes link

The developers at Polygon PoS blockchain proposed the launch of a hard fork software upgrade to address gas spikes and enhance the security of blocks on the sidechain network. If approved by the community, the hard fork will aim to reduce the impact of transaction fee spikes and chain reorganizations.

a. Warner Bros. official “Game of Thrones” NFT released in Nifty link

The first collection of the official Warner Bros. Game of Thrones NFT “Game of Thrones: Build Your Realm” launches on January 10 at Nifty for $150 for a total of 5,000 units (3,450 pre-orders, 1,500 public sales, 50 community giveaways). b. BAYC official announced the launch of the MINT game Dookey Dash link
